PDO threads are an excellent way to enhance your appearance without surgery or invasiveness. They are ideal for those who want to avoid the risks and downtime associated with surgery, and they can be used to achieve a variety of different looks. Brachioplasty, also known as an arm lift, is a surgical procedure to improve the appearance of the upper arms. This results in a more toned and youthful appearance. The procedure is done under general anesthesia to ensure full comfort for the patient. An incision is made on the inside or back of the upper arm from the armpit to just above the elbow. Excess skin and fat are removed, leaving a fine line of a scar down the inner side of the arm. A drainage tube may be placed under the skin to help drain any excess fluid if needed. The incisions are then closed with stitches or staples.
